Pad Thai a la ramen

So I found this Ramen Noodle upgrade from Martha Stuart.  It looked good so I tried it.   But; it wasn't ideal.  I found it too peanut butter-ey.   Now I'm not saying I'm better than Martha....I'm just saying MY recipe and adjustment improve it.    So try it.....



Ingredients

  • 1 package Ramen noodles and flavor
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha chili sauce
  • Cilantro (optional)   

Directions

  1. Boil noodles with flavor pack and drain off most liquid; be sure to leave a little or it gets dry. Toss with soy sauce, peanut butter, and Sriracha. Garnish with cilantro. Eat immediately.

    2 Stars--its got Sriracha in it; I didn't even attempt to have the children eat this.  But it sure is GOOD!
