Chicken Spagetti

I love something simple and in a crockpot.   This one is a GOOD one.   My aunt makes the recipe and bakes it; and hers she skips the rotel so it doesn't have any kick.  But even my kids like it with the kick!

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb velveeta cheese (cubed)
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 4 ounce can of mushrooms (drained)--sometimes I double this
1 can rotel (Diced tomatoes and green chilies)
2 cups of chopped cooked chicken (or I use one large can of chicken)
1/2 cup of water
1 16 ounce box spaghetti noodles cooked

Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 2.5-3 hours (till the cheese is melted and everything is warm).

CALORIE COUNT:   This is assuming ou use 98% fat free soups, 2% velveta and regular noodles.   It makes about 10 cups total.    One cup serving is 330 calories.    Good luck eating just one serving though! HA
