Enchilada Soup

Okay; this is my pot luck go to and my in-a-hurry-because-my-husband-doesn't-think-a-sandwhich-is-a-full-meal option.    Its by no way going to get me points for being The Next Iron Chef.   But its good.   And easy.  And lets be honest; sometimes we just NEED that.

Ingredients
2 cans cream of chicken
2 cans nacho fiesta cheese soup
1 can of milk
1 can of enchilada sauce (mild with the kids; medium without)
3 small or one big can of shredded chicken; drained and chopped

Throw in the crockpot (or on the stove) and heat until warm.

YUMMY

5Star: if I use mild they all eat it.   If I use medium its just me and the hubs.
