Chicken Pie
I got this recipe from a friend and have "tweaked it" so it works for us. Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded) 2 cans cream of celery 1+cup of chicken broth 2 box pie crusts 1 bag of frozen mixed veggies In a greased 9*13 pan; place one and 1/2 pie crust on the bottom to cover. Add chicken, broth, veggies. Spoon soup cans over top. Lattice another 1 1/2 pie crusts over the top. Rub melted butter on top to crisp the crust. Bake @ 325 for 1 hour. 5Star--who doesn't love a good pot pie!
