Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Found this on Skinnytaste! Here is what I did.... Ingredients: -2 lbs ground chicken -1/3 cup pank crumbs -1 large egg -2 chopped scallions -1/3 cup chopped carrot -1/3 cup chopped celery -1 tbsp minced garlic -salt and pepper to taste -1/3 cup Franks hot sauce Preheat oven to 400 degrees.   Spray baking sheet. Mix all ingredients except franks.   Ball into about 30 meat balls. Bake for 16-20 minutes. When cooked through, toss in hot sauce and serve immediately! Calorie Count:   (Each pound of chicken is 600 calories, panko is around 100 calories so depending on how many meatballs you have this changes a bit)   but each meatball is about 50 calories!!!! 21 day fix approved in a  red container!!!

Cowboy Caviar

Cowboy caviar 3 bell peppers  3 jalapeƱos 1/2 red onion 1 can rotel (drained) 1 can black beans (drain and rinse) 1 cup Italian dressing 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 2 tbsp garlic powder Chop peppers and onion add in tomatoes, beans dressing and seasoning.  Mix and enjoy! Great to top salads or with chips!  21 Day fix 1 cup=1 green, 1/2 yellow, 1 orange This is the first recipe I haven't tried yet.  I posted it here so that I can find it later and I'll tweak and rate it then!
